Incidence of Colour Blindness Among the Nicobarese of Car Nicobar

Abstract The study deals with the incidence of colour blindness in the Nicobarese population of the remote island of Car Nicobar in the Bay of Bengal. The sample comprises of 501 individuals (248 males and 253 females) of which 8 were found to be colour blind (7 males and 1 female).
